Douyin Business Operation Analysis

Responsibilities

1. Able to deeply understand and abstract the business logic of each business scenario of Douyin, identify key business and financial data and indicators in a targeted manner, effectively collect, integrate and develop existing business and financial data, and independently build the data sets required for business analysis to consolidate data analysis infrastructure 2. From a global perspective, independently explore valuable analysis topics through understanding business logic and analyzing historical trends of core data use a variety of data analysis methods to explore the internal connections between business and financial data from different dimensions and granularity, and make insightful business analysis 3. Be able to convert data analysis results into clear and understandable business recommendations, and promote the implementation of business recommendations through effective output to relevant parties 4. Sediment the framework ideas and methodology of data construction and analysis, sort out and optimize the content, process and mechanism of existing data analysis, and continuously improve analysis efficiency and collaboration efficiency with related teams 5. Other data construction and business analysis support work related to business and financial data integration and management report analysis.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience, statistics, data analysis, computer related majors are preferred, and data analysis experience in large Internet companies is preferred 2. Experience in data development, data model design, ETL development for large amounts of data good data analysis and data processing capabilities, proficient in SQL, Python, familiar with common big data tools such as hive/spark proficient in data analysis tools such as Tableau familiar with statistical analysis models and statistical knowledge 3. Able to establish structured thinking in the face of complex problems, and promote problem solving and analysis by disassembling the problems 4. Curious and self-driven, able to learn quickly, and have good communication and teamwork skills.
