Responsibilities
1. Goal &Special management: Responsible for the business goals and special management of Douyin business, assisting in promoting important business projects, and ensuring the smooth advancement of business goals 2. System and process construction & optimization: Combining the characteristics of Douyin business and team, establish & Optimize system processes, improve project operation efficiency, and promote project management norms 3. Information management construction: research, design and iterate key knowledge systems, continue to accumulate and iterate processes, tools and best business practices, and empower teams to improve project management capabilities and Organizational efficiency 4. Connect with Douyin's business needs, continuously discover and analyze problems in projects, businesses, and organizations, output solutions that can be implemented in the short, medium and long term, and promote implementation.
Qualifications
1. Active thinking, careful thinking, and structured thinking and analysis skills 2. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good at Handle complex matters involving multi-team collaboration, with excellent stress resistance & execution capabilities 3. Excellent cross-team/cross-regional communication, organization and coordination skills, able to quickly integrate into the team, and communicate clearly and accurately within the team Your own ideas 4. Bachelor degree or above, with practical project management experience in large and complex projects across teams and multiple businesses.
