Environmental Project Assistant

Under the monitoring of ISO qualified Integrated Management System, Baguio provides professional environmental services, ranging from waste collection, sorting & recycling, cleansing & hygiene, horticulture & landscaping to integrated pest management, to our clients including HKSAR Government, public utilities and corporations.

Responsibilities

To support Project Manager to handle the following tasks:

• Assist in the implementation of recycling projects in Hong Kong
• Explore new collection points among commercial, industrial and residential premises in the network
• Coordinate the collection logistics from the network to our recycling facilities
• Handle hotline operations
• Liaise with clients and front-line staff to ensure the smoothness of operations for fleet and factory
• Prepare quotations and contracts, translation of documents, project presentation materials, reports and invoices, etc.
• Follow-up procurement orders
• Assist superior in other administrative works

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in any discipline
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Passionate in recycling and environmental industries
• Outgoing and sociable
• Outdoor work is required
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience are preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Environmental Officer / Assistant Environmental Officer.
