Key Accountabilities:
- Oversees, leads, and manages all aspects of Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Spa & Wellness, in accordance with The Peninsula Service Principles.
- Develops an operational strategy to maximize divisional profitability and champions continuous improvement to enhance organizational quality and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensures close coordination with the Sales and Revenue team to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Channels clear and effective communication on departmental goals, motivates, coaches, and guides the team to achieve their key responsibilities.
- Keeps abreast of the latest market trends and explores innovative opportunities to enhance hotel offerings and services.
- Maintains prominence in the Hotel Front of House and establishes guest relations.
General Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in a sizable luxury hotel, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
- Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage.
- Solid experience in revenue management and excellent business acumen.
- Strong strategic vision, with outstanding analytical and forward-thinking skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven record of influencing and leading teams.
