We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Executive Secretary (Wealth and Personal Banking) . Principal responsibilities
Provide secretarial services to management
Provide administrative and personnel support to the department
Handle documents and general office processing and assist in the transition into a paperless and electronic environment
Manage itinerary of meetings and events for management and support departmental functions
Handle administrative duties including telephone calls, emails in an accurate and prompt manner
Support basic finance processing and approvals of departmental expenses
Handle booking of overseas travels and support of visitors
Streamline and simplify departmental administrative process to empower self-service of the team
Requirements:
Diploma Holder or above Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations, experience in financial services will be an advantage Strong attention to details, with ability to work independently and under pressure Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Good knowledge of computer skills and office automation tools Strong change orientation and initiative on continual improvements Proficiency in both English and Chinese written and spoken Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
