Executive/Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Content Acquisition Team on sourcing and evaluation
• Negotiate with Content suppliers on acquisition related matters
• Work closely between departments in managing all deals approval
• Prepare regular reports
• Support with administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
• 1-2 years’ experience in media industry is preferred (candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Able to work under pressure, detail-minded, well-organized, and willing to learn
