About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Overseas Education Organisation with many offices around the world. They are now seeking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team as they are having an expansion in the coming years.

Job Description

• Responsible for day-to-day financial operations: financial accounting, month-end/year- end closing, audit, tax and company secretarial work, etc.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control and reporting
• Regular review of accounting policies. Ensuring compliance and internal control
• Lead a small team to review smooth operations of accounting
• Liaison and collaborate with internal and external auditor, tax representative, company secretarial provider, vendor and banker, etc.
• Ensuring compliance: employment ordinances, tax obligations and in line with company's standards

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting, Finance and related disciplines;
• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent;
• Experienced in leading a small team is preferred
• At least 8 years of commercial accounting experience at a sizable company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Great English and presentation skills
• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Sound computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word; and
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
