Financial Crime Compliance Manager/ Senior Manager

Currently assisting an established insurance company to recruit for Financial Crime Compliance Manager position. This company has a strong brand in the local insurance market and dominated market share in recent years. Due to its high standard on Compliance standards, a rare opportunity has become available for the most competent Compliance professionals in the industry.

As part of the Compliance team, this incumbent is expected to:

• Provide sound compliance advisory service on Insurance Product, Sales and Distribution.
• Perform a key role in the 2 nd Line of Défense
• Manages compliance program to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
• Cultivate strong compliance awareness with input on compliance training
• Work closely with sales channels to develop support and buy-ins
• Work with other cross-functional business to address regulatory requests and audits.

Successful candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree holder from world's renowned universities.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Compliance within Life Insurance.
• Solid experience and knowledge in Product and Sales Compliance
• Exceptional leadership quality with ability to effectively articulate thinkings
• Excellent stakeholder management and skills and competencies
• Strong business acumen and ability to tackle business challenges.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
