Foreman

China Railway Construction (HK) Ltd. is currently looking for a Foreman who want to develop their career together with the company. The relevant requirements are listed below: Responsibilities

• Assist project team for managing technical and contractual work, and monitoring the overall control of site activities;
• Responsible for assist site manager to managing client and team relationships including overall work plan development and team coordination efforts;
• Supervise and monitor construction activities as per method statements;
• Achieving daily production targets through subcontracted staff;
• Driving adherence to quality standard;
• Implementing all project activities in a safe and timely manner in accordance with the Company's quality requirement;
• Ensure all technical issues to comply with statutory regulations and requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Civil projects in main-contractor side;
• Holder of TCP T1 or equivalent;
• Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Foreman;
• Immediate available would be an advantage.

Office hour : Mon-Sat 08:00 – 18:00
