Job description

​Our client is one of the world’s largest financial services organizations with a strong presence in Asia Pacific.

They are now looking for a Head of HR Business Partner to join their team here in Hong Kong to cope with rapid business changes and expansion.

​

Key responsibilities

• Ensures that all strategies implemented are aligned with the overall business priorities and goals

• Responsible for evaluating the performance of regional team members, enabling, and encouraging performance improvement

• Collaborates with the business leaders, executives and guides the spearheads wit the development of HR strategies approaches to attract, develop and retain talents

• Serves as a consultant to the business leaders as well as other employees on key organizational and management matters; coaches business leaders on HR policies and processes, inclusive of talent planning, development, and performance management in order to promote a culture of continuous growth and development in the business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related filed is required

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as HR generalist in sizable organizations

• Strong business acumen, organization development, and human resources expertise coupled with consulting skills required to aid in guidance and development of human resources functions within the business

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels
