Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the standardization and audit of the forward warehouse operation SOP 2. Responsible for the data tracking, analysis and tracing of the KPI of each logistics service provider 3. Responsible for the establishment of an incentive and assessment mechanism, which can mobilize the improvement of the indicators of each logistics service provider 4. Provide data basis and document support for various indicators, goals, strategies and policies of warehouse network operations 5. Carry out cross-departmental improvements on warehouses, merchants and operations with indicator problems, and promote learning and sharing between warehouses.
Qualifications
1. Have more than 5 years of experience in quality control management of e-commerce warehousing and logistics 2. Have the ability to formulate high-standard SOPs and be familiar with SOP audit methods 3. Have data analysis capabilities, be able to provide various data reports and chart analysis, and be familiar with CIRCLE software is preferred 4. Have project management capabilities, and be able to independently lead, supervise and complete projects 5. Have strong creativity and be able to mobilize the enthusiasm of various service providers and regional managers in new ways and methods.
