GVC are providing recruitment support to a recognised Small Animal Veterinary Hospital in Hong Kong, Asia, who are actively recruiting for a Head Veterinary Nurse/Tech to join their team. Seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join and lead their experienced and supportive large nursing team, providing high level of clinical standards. This role will include strategic, professional and operational leadership to the nursing team across the practices and also provide a nursing voice at a senior level.  The Nursing Manager will ensure that patients receive optimal care from a nursing perspective to support the practice's profitability and growth. By working enthusiastically with your team, you will help maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Additionally, you will ensure that both practice and group policies are consistently followed, all while delivering exceptional care to patients and clients. Job duties involve; Team Leadership and Development Practice Standards and Workplace Safety Senior Leadership Collaboration and Practice Enhancement Daily Operations Oversight Clinical Nursing Responsibilities To be considered for this role you will; Hold 5-10 years experience within the veterinary industry Hold a recognised Veterinary Nursing degree/qualification equivalent to the RCVS standard Excellent listening & communication skills Team player Highly organized with the ability to multitask, plan and prioritize effectively in accordance with business needs Proactive and well organized with an eye for detail Ability to manage projects through to completion, meeting deadlines and targets Remains calm under pressure Problem solving Ability to make decisions that benefit the whole team not individuals Training and coaching and previous staff management Experience of leading a sizable team Package and perks Sponsorship and assistance to obtain the Work Visa Flight to Hong Kong Initial Accommodation if relocating English educated veterinary professionals considered Salary up to $55K HKD per month A higher salary than the standard UK rates is offered.
