1. Collaborate with relevant departments to specify annual and monthly business plans, and prepare operation execution SOPs to ensure the matching of store landing 2. Promote the improvement of operating efficiency of the finished product department, achieve GMV standards, and drive the overall EBI improvement of the region and stores 3. Responsible for improving the business skills of regional category PMs, and building an efficient and combat-ready category management and operation organization 4. Collaboratively manage the use of tools such as the ordering system and production estimation system to analyze the causes of losses and ensure the achievement and improvement of gross profit margin 5. Collaborate with the national quality control system to reduce the stable order rate and food safety issues and improve customer experience.
Job Requirements
1. More than 5 years of relevant experience in the frozen food industry, operation or procurement background, familiar with category operation standards 2. Bachelor degree or above, with the ability to challenge, withstand pressure and keep learning 3. Have business management ideas and cost management awareness 4. Able to accept new things, have strong learning ability, good project management and coordination and communication skills.
