HR & Admin Officer

Job Duties

 

• Handle daily operation to Human Resources Department such as monthly payroll preparation, attendance management, MPF administration, data input and records keeping duties
• Handle recruitment activities including job-ad posting, arrangement of interview, verification of candidate’s qualification, etc.
• Provide administrative support including but not limited to general office administration
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or in Business disciplines
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• A team player, mature with good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance 
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant
