HR Assistant

Duties :

• Responsible for maintaining records for attendance, payroll administration and processing
• Perform system data entry and personnel record filing, prepare employment contract, new joiners’ on-boarding logistics.
• Provide clerical and administrative support in full spectrum of Human Resources functions. 
• Support the recruiting function such as advertising of job vacancies, scheduling candidate appointments and following up on candidate activity.
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements

• HKDSE / HKCEE, minimum of 1 year experience in HR functions 
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and detailed mind
• Proficiency in MS office, good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
