Job Description

This position is responsible to support our HR Department as Asia regional role to perform day-to-day all rounded HR operational duties, including recruitment processes and C&B administration.

Support logistics for interview and on/off boarding arrangement

Maintain data integrity in HR system

Prepare HR headcount reports

Maintain employee personal record and related filing in google drives

Handle internal training administration

Prepare letter, document and payment for various functions

Support HR related staff activities like work-life-balance and well being events

Qualifications

Open minded and willing to work in multinational culture with company value of sustainibility

Embrace diversity and inclusion

Good Microsoft office skills and Google suite

Good numeric sense and have basic skills in excel function

Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must

High level of accuracy and detail-oriented

High sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentially

More experience will considered as HR Assistant
