Job Mission:The HR Systems and Data – Assistant Data Manager (is responsible for leading the analysis the HR Data requirements and needs related to the internal transformation project, building a clear understanding of the existing data involved in the change and the impact and changes required to fulfill the transformation requirements:To lead the on the data domain, in partnership with key stakeholders (including but not limited to transformation team, domain leads/process owners, markets representatives, Tech team counterparts and other global and regional stakeholders), to meet task force objectives. To analyze current HR systems data, to identify impacts and the required data changes, to suggest the best options to fulfil transformation objectives and facilitate mass data changes minimizing manual work. To gather dashboard requirements from stakeholders including senior leaders and the Transformation Project team to find the right solution based on data availability and assuring data security, data privacy and data consistency. To develop specifications to allow other teams to understand the data changes and the impact in other systems. To prepare, clean and check the quality of the necessary data to automate mass data changes to fulfil people transformation objectives. To collaborate in the testing and finetuning of the different data requirements implementation with the different teams and stakeholders. To document data requirements, identifying workarounds and permanent solutions to facilitate future data maintenance and transition to normal system operation. To support the task force members with the definition of the data requirements. To support the business analyst with the data preparation and data mass upload into the existing systems. To support the project manager to track the task force status and understand activities completion status, risks and support the creation of proper mitigation plans.Key Responsibilities:Data requirement gathering: use the required techniques (design thinking, stakeholder mapping, system mapping, data mapping) to ensure the collection of the detail requirements.Data preparation: clean, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources to prepare EIB for mass data upload into Workday and other impacted systems (in partnership with Global People Solutions and India Support teams)Data testing to check the quality of data in Sandbox before systems production mass upload.Prepare reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders on people related indicators/metricsAdvise and where applicable, support other taskforces with people data-related topics.Data Quality: monitor data sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Data Access: Identify impact on security and access to data.Integrations: Coordinate with other teams (e.g., finance, IT) to identify integration impacts on downstream dataFollow data security and privacy protocols.Support testing with everything related to data to ensure expected quality levels.Person Specifications: University DegreeAt least 5 to 8 years of relevant experienceGood understanding of HR principles, data, processes, and systemsFamiliar with Workday systemExperience with HR systems and data projects in large scale and complex environments.Hands-on experience in HR systems support and user engagement across a multi-national environment.Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments.Strong data analyst skills; able to effectively manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders / vendors from different geographic areas.Prioritize demands from users and collaboratively work towards resolution.Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detailExperience identifying and resolving complex issues, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.Exceptional communication skills; able to deliver effective and user-friendly training for users; demonstrate a thorough understanding of user requirements and correspond well with vendors.Highly influential style; able to balance firmness and tact when dealing with vendors and internal stakeholders.Customer service orientation and strong relationship builder; build rapport with all internal and external parties.Multi-cultural sensitivity.Ability to coach and consult.
