Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for daily operations and administrative matters including pre-onboarding, onboarding, orientation, documentation, filing, invoice handling, MPF application, medical enrollment, locker arrangement
- Arrange company coaches for employees
- Arrange staff retirement activities
- Prepare employees’ profiles and ensure high accuracy of data input
- Ensure HR system and Recruitment system are updated and accurate
- Support recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, preparing employment contracts and pre-onboarding preparation
- Assist in Overseas Recruitment and work closely with recruitment agencies for selection process and visa application etc.
- Support pre- / post-job fairs logistics and preparation
- Assist in staff retention program and employer branding campaigns
Requirements:
- 1 year of HR generalist experience in sizable company
- Experience in hiring front-line or production staff is advantage
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in SAP is advantage
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
