• HK office : 60 staff
• We are looking for Human Resources Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to the Operation Director of HK office
• Lead a team of 2 HR & Admin supporting staff 
• Fully responsible for daily human resources operations of Hong Kong office 
• Perform daily human resources operations including but not limited to recruitment, employee onboarding, staff records update, MPF, staff relations, medical claims .....
• Office administrative role including update of equipment records, monitor the cost of office supplies, licenses & contracts renewal...etc
• Perform accounting support work like staff expenses reimbursement, keep petty cash, assist auditor during annual audit...etc
• Diploma or above
• Minimum 5 years experience in all round human resources role
• Experience in trading / manufacturing / buying offices is a plus
• Experience in garment / trims / textiles / accsesories is a plus
• Accounting studies or knowledge is a plus for processing staff expenses / petty cash....etc
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• No trips is required
• 5 days work
