Human Resources Officer

We are now seeking high caliber to join our team as:

Responsibilities

• Perform all-rounded Human Resources functions, report to HR Manager.
• Handled end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting, selection, conduct interview, job offer, on-boarding etc.
• Handle C&B operation, including leave administration, HRMS operation, performance review, salary review, employee relations, probation and off-boarding issues.
• Prepare and consolidate HR related analytic reports including staff movement, headcount, manpower cost etc. 
• Assist in HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in Retail/ Beauty/ Medical Industry would be an advantage but not a MUST.
• An efficient and resourceful team player with mature personality, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Well-versed in MS Office applications
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
