Job Description About The ClientOur client is a well-established service provider and they are looking for IT Consultant (Salesforce CRM) to join their project team. Job Description Report to Head of IT and lead all Salesforce CRM implementation projectsManage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, resources, to ensure the quality solutions are delivered within time and budgetEstablish project scope and prioritize the development tasks after identifying and validating both business and technical requirementsWork closely with internal IT BA team and developers through a hands-on approach to review development progress and ensure the project deliverablesLiaise with clients to review and update the business process and project statusCoach junior consultant, conduct UAT and prepare user training Qualifications: Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines2-5 years of relevant experience working in IT consulting with at least 1 year in Salesforce CRM implementation and project managementKnowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C# and/or python is an absolute advantageProven ability to influence business decisions and directions in a consulting environmentExperience in preparing technical requirement specifications and conducting UATStrong in communication and interpersonal skills, good team playerGood command in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
