About the Role We’re now looking for a passionate Junior Cook to join Honjokko, our progressive sushi club at The Sixteenth in Taikoo Place. You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot and cold production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.
