Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development of major accounts of scenic area entertainment brands, negotiating cooperation and signing contracts with merchants, and completing the entry of brand merchants 2. Responsible for the relevant operations of major accounts of scenic area entertainment brands. After the brand merchants are newly opened, they will be responsible for the transaction results of the brand merchants 3. Responsible for the supply and quality of the brand's major customers, through merchant introduction, training, daily operation guidance, improving the scale of products, and improving supply quality through industry operation tools 4. Responsible for the customized cooperation needs of the brand's major customers, through internal customization between the brand and Douyin Cooperation needs, complete the promotion and progress of innovative projects 5. Continue to study the promotion strategies of relevant industries on Douyin, cooperate with the horizontal team to supervise and manage core indicators such as service quality and operational efficiency of merchants, and continue to improve the operational capabilities of merchants.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. 3 years or more of work experience, more than 1 year of working experience in major accounts of international amusement brands, English is preferred as a working language 3. Be familiar with the business of major accounts of scenic tourist brands, understand and master the market conditions and supply chain structure of the industry, have your own thinking and methodology for business operations, have certain influence on the business side and have a good reputation in the industry Good 4. Have product thinking and C-end perspective, have practical experience in product development collaborative projects, and be able to effectively promote project cooperation through production and technology cooperation and marketing activities 5. Have strong sales capabilities and customer relationship maintenance capabilities, Negotiation skills and problem-solving skills 6. Experience in short video, live broadcast and celebrity cooperation content marketing is a bonus 7.
