Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development of business districts for life service in-store business, negotiate cooperation and sign contracts with merchants, and follow up on the online process 2. Integrate business district resources and provide merchants with integrated marketing plans 3. Develop reasonable operation plans according to merchant needs, provide promotional activities, group order design and operation support, distribute on the Douyin platform through short videos and content marketing, maintain customer relationships, and optimize transaction volume 4. Handle merchant and user issues and complaints in a timely manner, follow up on problem solving, and improve merchant and consumer satisfaction 5. Continue to study the promotion strategies of related industries on Douyin, and regularly conduct merchant empowerment training 6. Regularly review the operation results of merchant Douyin enterprise accounts, and output content marketing optimization suggestions.
Qualifications
1. College degree or above 2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with experience in local life services or O2O platforms preferred 3. Have strong sales ability, customer maintenance ability, negotiation ability, and problem-solving ability 4. Short video content marketing experience is a plus 5. Have strong learning ability and stress resistance, be essential, quick thinking, and have good adaptability.
