Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all categories in Binjiang, Xiaoshan, Qiantang, Lin'an and other regions, including hotel and travel, catering, comprehensive and other industries, integrating the resources of the responsible cities and companies, and promoting the output of overall marketing solutions 2. According to the business plan, conduct business district research, identify high-value and high-intent customers and formulate visiting sales strategies 3. Visit customers regularly, establish and maintain good customer relationships, and help the team achieve the activity and performance goals of top customers 4. Regularly review work results through daily reports, summarize cases and methods, and accumulate experience.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, 2 years or more of local life BD work experience, and accumulated industry customer resources 2. Have strong customer maintenance, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and have short video content marketing experience is preferred 3. Familiar with the local life industry, and have certain knowledge or experience in store operations and event operations 4. Have strong learning ability, quick thinking, have a strong sense of responsibility, hard work, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure 5. Have strong independent customer relationship building ability, attach importance to teamwork, and can adapt to the rapid changes in the industry and embrace changes.
