Responsibilities:

• Oversee the origin logistics including air and ocean and ensure the deliveries are timely and qualified
• Coordinate with vendor community for booking and shipment issues and resolve on daily basis
• Manage exceptional management with 4PL and make shipment approval
• Collaborate with US internal team (Logistics and Sourcing) to tackle any delays due to logistics issues
• Communicate with different parties internally to implement improvements on delivery service levels
• Generate reports to evaluate the different needs of the business change
• Familiar with ERP system and experience of using SAP is a must
• Perform regular data analysis
• Perform any job task assigned by Logistics Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder, preferred in Logistics / Supply Chain Management 
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Min. 2-3 years relevant working experience in Logistics improvement and operation across the manufacturing or retail sectors, preferred in US retailers
• Relevant experience in working with / in 3PL
• Experience in data analysis and report generation
• Well organised and good sense in prioritization and follow up 
• Willingness to learn and continuous exploration of new tools and technologies
• Good and positive attitude towards the work tasks
• Excellent PC literacy in advanced Excel with Macro functions, Powerpoint, PowerBI
• Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
