Logistics Assistant

This role is a Logistics Assistant in Product Team therefore official position title is Product Assistant.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support Product Executives managing Sample Submission including:
  • Handle Sample Submission documents and samples.
  • Operate bonding machines for sample preparation.
• Support Product Executives in package receiving and delivery.
• Administrative and clerical support to record development activities and file physical samples.
• Support Product Executives on development activities to enhance the team’s service level.
• Perform other ad-hoc activities as assigned by Managers and Product Executives.

 

Requirements:

• HKDSE graduate or above.
• Proficiency in PC knowledge with Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing, Outlook.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Capability in spoken & written Chinese and English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, proactive, work independent, and good team player.
• Experience in product development services or apparel industry is an advantage.
