Job Description - Manager, Operations Department

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all rounded support in the Operations Department including customer services, operations.
  • Responsible for conducting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) reviews on account- opening customers, verify asset, credit, legal.
  • Responsible for Capital Investment Entrant Scheme procedures and Stock Borrowing and Lending Transactions.
  • Arranging IPO financing with Bankers and prepare relative details.
  • Communicate with customers, follow up on business matters, completed customer reporting promptly, account bill reconciliation, and IPO list organization, ensuring all operations are accurate.
  • Review of lawyer/ accountant witness qualifications, identify potential risks and proposing corresponding control measures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above and in related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in high level of customer services, client onboarding.
  • Good relationship/ contact with business partners/ bankers in mainland China.
  • Sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a must.
