Our client, a leading company in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Manager who is experienced in the Project Delivery to join their team. You are responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of. The role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specified quality standards.Responsibilities:Responsible for the successful delivery of IT solutions, services, or products across multiple projects or programs.Lead and manage delivery teams in various agile ecosystems, ranging from small teams in start-ups to large distributed agile teams in corporations.Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule.Define project objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.Monitor project progress, identify and address issues and risks, and ensure timely resolution.Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates, and present reports to stakeholders.Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.Foster a collaborative team environment, promote effective communication, and resolve conflicts.Evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews, and identify areas for improvement. What you need:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or management.Pay meticulous attention to detail and prioritize delivering high-quality output.Demonstrate intuitive and perceptive communication skills.Apply agile techniques such as user stories, continuous integration, ATDD, TDD, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, and agile games.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Excellent Project Management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. For more details, please feel free to ping me for a chat or send me an email at [email protected] Look forward to hearing from you.
