Our client is a leading beauty brand, they are looking a Marketing Manager as a Team lead position for their CRM & Trade Marketing team.
Your responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a customer relations program to grow the CRM database and retain loyal customers.
- Driving CRM innovations to increase customer revisit and loyalty.
- Creating and executing the Trade Marketing strategy to support brand growth and cross-category objectives.
- Ensuring the execution of CRM programs at the point of sale and aligning strategic direction with operational needs.
- Leading the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs.
- Creating attractive GWP and premiums for CRM and trade promotions.
- Managing promotion materials, forecasting, and monitoring the monthly promotion budget.
- Staying up to date with retail market trends, consumers, and competitors to propose relevant and innovative solutions.
Successful Applicant:
- Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on CRM and Trade Marketing.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM software would be advantageous.
- Strong team player with experience in team management and coaching skills.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) communication.
