Network Business Development

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the procurement of ByteDance's network resources including main computer rooms, edge computer rooms, transmission circuits, CDN, etc., including sourcing, bidding, price negotiation, contract signing, etc. 2. Full-process business work, responsible for maintaining and expanding business cooperation relationships with operators in the target area, and conducting network resource cooperation and innovation with operators 3. Responsible for connecting with the network resource construction needs of ByteDance's various business lines, providing solution suggestions based on industry development and market trends, and leading the formulation of reasonable network resource supply strategies 4. Responsible for the overall optimization of the network resource budget and expenditure of operators in the target area, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through business negotiation, model innovation, ecological cooperation and other means.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduation in computer, communication, network engineering and other related majors is preferred 2. More than 3 years of experience in network resource business development, with industry experience in operators, cloud vendors and other industries is preferred 3. Have rich professional knowledge reserves and excellent work skills, familiar with the procurement and use of network resources such as BGP bandwidth, static bandwidth, circuits, CDN bandwidth or edge computing, proficient in business negotiation skills and demand management, project management, and cross-team collaboration capabilities 4. Have strong learning ability and high sensitivity to cost, can quickly understand the business and gain insight and analysis of business cost data, and discover optimization solutions.
