New Project Production Engineer_VM

Job Description

Job Summary:

• Participate in the introduction of new customer projects as a production department production project management role
• Coordinate and execute the production of new D samples
• Maintain the process and part parameters in the production line MES system
• Participate in the resolution of daily problems as an MES expert in the production department

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the management of customer project life cycle as a window of the production department (new project introduction stage and mass production stage)
• Participate in the planning of new projects, and make suggestions and feedback on the resource arrangements of personnel, time and technical difficulties involved in the project.
• Responsible for the preparation of customer project samples
• Participate in the feasibility assessment of equipment/tooling/new materials related to new customer projects (cooperate with MFP, TEF)
• Coordinate the purchase and commissioning of tooling related to new customer projects.
• Introduce new samples and new lines, maintain MES and process part parameters, and ensure stable process capabilities of the equipment
• As an MES expert in the production department, participate in solving daily problems, such as application, server, network and related hardware problems.
• Coordinate customer audits and visits
• Organize and guide production personnel to continuously improve work processes and quality. Reduce production costs, improve quality, and meet customer satisfaction requirements.
• Accept the task arrangement of the supervisor manager.

• Process data monitoring, analysis and optimization
• Drive process improvement in a structured manner
• Lead problem-solving activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electronic engineering.
• 2 years of working experience in new product introduction or manufacturing project management
• Familiar with MES system and sample production process
• Good learning ability and English communication skills.
• Good at cooperation and coordination.
