Job Requirement: 

1. An accredited Associate Degree or a Higher Diploma from a local post-secondary education institution, or equivalent; preferably with Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE (See Notes);
2. Preferably has one year' or above experience in administration field; and
3. Professional proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties:

1. To provide clerical support to the MUSSS, including processing of applications, maintaining the application database, data entry, carrying out filing work; answering simple telephone enquiries from the public;
2. To assist in conducting user acceptance tests and troubleshooting of the MUSSS
   Electronic Application Platform;
3. To assist in compiling reports and statistical returns related to MUSSS;
4. Outdoor work and frequent travelling within Hong Kong territory are required; and
5. To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
