Responsibilities

  • Handling office tasks, such as create accounts for individual customers in company database system
  • Provide timely response to customer general Incoming enquiries, such as status of receipts and information update and retention via chat, phone and email 
  • Handling managerial and clerical details, including incoming and outcoming faxes
  • Researched client history in database system
  • Provide constructive feedback for the customer and anticipate the needs in order to ensure positive experience
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

Requirements

  • DSE / HKCEE or above, with Customer service experience preferable
  • Native in Cantonese, Good Command of in English (oral) and Mandarin
  • Good PC knowledge, especially typing (Chinese Word Processing)
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
