Description How you will contribute1. Trunk Show Coordination: - Plan, organize, and execute trunk shows, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination. - Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure venues, manage inventory, and oversee setup and teardown. - Coordinate promotional activities, including pre-event marketing, invitations, and post-event follow-ups. - Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective execution.2. ATL and BTL Planning and Execution: - Assist in the development and implementation of ATL and BTL marketing strategies and campaigns. - Collaborate with the agency to create engaging content, including advertisements, digital campaigns, and social media content. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.3. In-store Workshop Coordination: - Plan and coordinate in-store workshops and events to drive customer engagement and sales. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product teams and sales associates, to develop workshop topics and content. - Manage scheduling, logistics, and promotion of workshops. - Ensure workshop materials, equipment, and resources are available and properly set up.4. Marketing Collateral Management: - Assist in the creation, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials. - Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring an adequate supply for various marketing activities. - Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.5. Campaign Performance Tracking and Reporting: - Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, including trunk shows, ATL/BTL activities, and workshops. - Analyze campaign data, such as engagement metrics, sales impact, and ROI, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.6.
