Job Responsibilities

1. Daily operations: responsible for daily administrative work
1. Integrate and adjust procurement requirements in a timely manner according to material control requirements and issue PO
2. Arrange arrival plans according to the production schedule, track each batch of arrivals, and ensure mass production requirements
3. Be able to set reasonable inventory levels based on material delivery dates, factory storage capacity, procurement amount, logistics clearance status, etc., and be able to control inventory based on inventory levels
4. Complete reconciliation and payment requests with suppliers
5. Be proficient in using various system digital platforms.
2. Assist in execution: Assist in the execution of a specific task
1. When sales or production requirements are adjusted, be able to initially solve problems and ensure stable supply
2. Be able to promote the diversification and localization of materials, spare parts with assistance
3. Inquire and formulate procurement reports according to the equipment procurement schedule, be able to complete the bargaining process with assistance, independently issue orders, and sign contracts
4. Assist in promoting quality improvement and manage defective product returns and exchanges.
3. Auxiliary support: Provide information collection, data collation and other auxiliary support work for superiors
1. Regularly track price reduction targets and price reduction performance, and collect data
2. Be able to formulate demand research plans, master market information acquisition skills and channels, and be able to obtain the latest market and technical information for screening and analysis
3. Be able to discover unreasonable problems in daily work and processes, and give feedback.
