The Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and; is the first Crowne Plaza branded hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel offers upscale accommodation, authentic cuisine and state-of-the-art meeting facilities with enhanced services. Ideally located at Leighton Road, major business, leisure and shopping facilities in the Causeway Bay area are easily accessible and within walking distance. At the moment, we are looking for team players who are effective, supportive and professional to join our family.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Procurement Manager with improving the existing purchasing systems and procedures;
• Ensure all purchases are in line with the Hotel policy;
• Obtains competitive quotations and bids and ensure proper documentation for purchasing records;
• Posts orders to inventory module and produce purchase order for receiver to match against goods received;
• Maintain all F&B suppliers to fulfill the Hotel hygiene standard.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above;
• 2 years related experience; previous experience in hotel industry is preferred;
• Solid experience in hotel services procurement;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Proficient in PC application and MC system;
• Good communication skills both internally with operational departments and external suppliers.
