Job Requirement:
- A holder of a Hong Kong Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent; preferably with Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (See Notes); good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Preferably has two years' or above experience in government or post-secondary education institutions; and
- Professional proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Job duties:
- To assist in the implementation of Mainland University Study Subsidy Scheme (MUSSS), including processing and vetting of applications, monitoring the disbursement of subsidies, handling enquiries as well as assisting in maintaining MUSSS Electronic Application Platform, etc.;
- To assist in the implementation of Admission Scheme and other Mainland schemes, including providing administrative support to career talks and Mainland Higher Education Expo, etc.;
- To assist in the implementation and administration of School Nominations Direct Admission Scheme (SNDAS), including maintaining and updating databases, performing data analysis and handling public enquiries;
- To compile reports and statistical returns;
- To supervise the work of clerical staff, as well as perform general administrative duties of the Office; and
- To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
