Project Officer (Retail Store)

We are the sportswear wholesaler and retailer in Tsuen Wan. To cope with our business development, we are inviting dynamic & high caliber candidates to join our energetic team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate for shops and office maintenance;
• Handle procedural matters or documentations with relevant parties such as landlords, contractors and vendors;
• Responsible for implementation and follow up retail shops renovation projects and other ad hoc activities;
• Work with external technicians and solve any arising problems from projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 5 years relevant working experience;
• Chain stores experience is an advantage;
• Proficiency in using MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred;
• Able to read full set drawing
• Experience in shopping malls management is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, well-organized & willing to work under pressure;
