Job Description - Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities


  • Issue purchase orders through ERP system

  • Handle and follow-up purchase orders and delivery

  • Provide clerical and administrative support

  • Overseas suppliers sourcing and maintain suppliers database

  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements


  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience, preferable in trading field

  • Solid experience in purchasing is an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Word, EXCEL and Chinese word processing

  • Independent, good team player and willing to work under pressure

  • Good Command in spoken and written English & Chinese
