Purchasing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Cnduct procurement including purchase requisitions, quotations, purchase order;
• Coordinates between the internal departments and external vendors to arrange timely delivery and billing;o
• Monitor and ensure specifications for food and beverage as well as other relevant items in conjunction with purchasing, receiving and issuing processes;
• Monitor supplier’s performance and ensure the quality of goods/services and delivery on time;
• Ensure efficient ordering and delivery of goods to users;
• Provide administrative support to purchasing documents and records;
• Perform any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of solid & relevant purchasing experience in the F&B industry;
• Detail-minded and responsible;
• Competency to handle daily purchasing work independently;
• Good negotiation, communication, organization skills and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in handling invoices and orders follow-up;
• Experience in executing and reviewing the quality control for goods receipt;
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer;
• Immediately Available is preferred.
