QC Manager / Quality Control Manager

Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Guangzhou - Shanghai - Beijing

The Company :

• European watch trading company 
• We are composed of engineers and technical experts. We are able to develop new projects and products which fulfill clients’ specifications and international standards.
• We offer rapid prototyping and salesman samples that clients have just drawn or proposed for ODM and OEM products.
• Shenzhen : QC office
• Main market : Europe
• Minor market : US & Asia
• We are looking for QC Manager  - with details as follows :

 
The Job :

• Over 10 years quality experience in watch 
• Good communication in English and Chinese
• Fully responsible for all QC functions
• Lead China QC team of 4 members
• Manage all internal and external quality issues to reach zero defects. 
• Review production process and quality policy to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problems. 
• Follow up on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions. 
• Present quality issues to the technical team
• Ensure quality control efficiency in a day to day basis
• Support internal teams (purchasers or production executives or engineers) to resolve quality issues
• Continuous Improvement in vendor factories to ensure quality meet Company quality standard
• Propose solutions and help vendor factories to implement actions to achieve Company quality standard
• 70-80% time work in Shenzhen QC office; 20-30% time work in HK office
• 5 days work
