Responsibilities
1. Support the entire process of talent recruitment for international life service business, and carry out talent search and recruitment operation projects 2. Based on a full understanding of business pain points and the talent market, find diverse and outstanding talents for the business team to achieve its business goals 3. Through continuous and focused search and interviews with talents in vertical industries, provide market insights and professional advice for employment decisions 4. Maintain close and effective communication with the business department to ensure the normal interview process and maintain the candidate interview experience 5. Participate in other recruitment projects and use data to drive recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of recruitment experience, international recruitment experience is preferred 2. Excellent communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills, high interpersonal sensitivity and influence 3. Love recruitment work, have strong self-driving force and stress resistance, and be willing to accept challenges 4. Fluent Chinese and English communication skills 5. Those with overseas study and work experience are preferred.
