Research Scientist 

Opportunities 

You will be involved in the planning and execution of pharmaceutical development programs for innovative products for the company, and working with a team of professionals to develop platform technology for the company. You will also acquire understanding of the scientific knowledge and technical know-how required for pharmaceutical advanced formulation technology. You will build up strength in the competitive environment of local and global pharmaceutical industries. 

Job Duties: 

• Research based position to participate in company’s innovative oral care projects. 
• Develop innovative formulation technology know-how of the company. 
• Perform formulation physical characterization and biological evaluation of prototypes. Manage user trial of selected prototype. 
• Perform scientific literature search to support marketing activities. 
• Manage experimental data, compile reports and prepare presentation. 
• Manage contract research projects with local Universities. 
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Research Associate. 

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• PhD or Master’s degree or above in Dental Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent discipline. 
• Hand-on experiences in oral care formulations are required. 
• Research experiences in formulation of nano-materials and bacterial assay are highly preferred. 
• Possess a can-do attitude, eager to learn new skills, positive mind-set, team spirit and strong problem solving skills.
