RETAIL SALES MANAGER

The Company :

• Award winning brand owner, retailer, online store & e-Commerce business
• We design, develop & produce our own lifestyle brand mobile accessories, consumer electronic, smart home appliances & iOT products for HK and global market
• Main products : wireless charger, screen protector, USB with LED display, travel adapter, wireless charging power bank, air purifier, smart dehumidifier, wireless charging desk lamp..etc 
• We are looking for Retail Sales Manager - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Full responsible for newly set up Retail Business currently with one flagship store
• Lead, train and motivate store associates to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
• Analyze store sales data and KPI and make action plans, which can be implemented in the store to improve on business
• Participate in planning and executing sales strategies for the Retail business
• Track store activities, such as product assortment plan; marketing implementation, and provide constructive suggestions to relevant departments
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing support are driving the business toward business goals
• Provide regular sales and market analysis reporting, review and evaluate sales performance and promotion activities effectiveness
• Optimise and develop the retail process flow, SOP and operation tools to improve standard and consistency
• Plan & lead the opening of new retail shops or pop-up stores
• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Over 5 years related experience in retail/luxury retail, in which 2 years in supervisory level/manager level
• Experience in consumer electronics / mobile accessories / PC accessories / lifestyle home appliances / iOT products is a big plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient PC skills, highly analytical and numerate
• Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 14 days
