Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible Tencent financial system (PTP/OTC/R2R/analysis/budget, etc.) needs docking and analysis in specific fields, business plan output, project management promotion of system implementation, etc.
2. Responsible for the overall needs and plans of the docking field Pull through, make long-term planning for the system, and work with the delivery team to deliver high-quality and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 6 years of project and system implementation experience as a BA/business consultant/product manager in the financial field
2. Familiar with financial projects During the implementation process, he has participated in the construction of financial systems of large Internet companies or other large companies, and has led the construction of systems in one or several financial fields, and has solid basic business knowledge
3. Quick thinking, strong insight and Global analysis ability, able to accurately understand user needs, sort out and output business plans
4. Good oral and written expression skills, good at multi-party coordination and communication, and efficient execution
5. Strong learning and adaptability , able to accept challenges and quickly learn knowledge in unfamiliar fields, and have good pressure resistance
6. Familiarity with one or several commercial products (such as Oracle EBS/SAP/Workday/Oracle Fusion, etc.) will be given priority
