JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To provide clerical support to Sales Admin Officers for thier daily jobs i.e. issue/ amend Sales Orders & Packing slips, goods allocation and serial number checking etc.
- To assist Department Manager to prepare monthly price list and data file for A/C Dept. to upload in system.
- To prepare the weekly sales & inventory reports.
- To perform daily data input and document filing.
- To handle marketing requests, orders and shipments for end users.
- To process Hub goods receipt, SAP system buy back goods/ sales return and vendors' material shipments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- HKDSE, Diploma or Associate Degree in related discipline
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in Sales Admin
- Good command in English and Chinese (i.e. Putonghua & Cantonese)
- Familiar in using MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Knowledge in using SAP is an advantage.
- Trustworthy, diligent, detailed mind and good interpersonal skills
- Good in time management to handle works independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Good team spirit to support other colleageus if necessary.
