Sales Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• To provide clerical support to Sales Admin Officers for thier daily jobs i.e. issue/ amend Sales Orders & Packing slips, goods allocation and serial number checking etc. 
• To assist Department Manager to prepare monthly price list and data file for A/C Dept. to upload in system. 
• To prepare the weekly sales & inventory reports. 
• To perform daily data input and document filing. 
• To handle marketing requests, orders and shipments for end users. 
• To process Hub goods receipt, SAP system buy back goods/ sales return and vendors' material shipments. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• HKDSE, Diploma or Associate Degree in related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in Sales Admin 
• Good command in English and Chinese (i.e. Putonghua & Cantonese) 
• Familiar in using MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Knowledge in using SAP is an advantage.
• Trustworthy, diligent, detailed mind and good interpersonal skills
• Good in time management to handle works independently to meet tight deadlines. 
• Good team spirit to support other colleageus if necessary.
