• We are looking for Sales Admin Officer  – with details as follows : 

 

The Job :

• Report to Sales Admin Manager 
• Work independently for customer account management including the handling of customer enquiries, orders, quotation, complaints and contract negotiation, etc.
• Work with cross functional project team to ensure smooth and timely product delivery
• Order management, i.e. order progress tracking, all related issues.
• Provide sales administration support and deliver training to sales team in HK, China and US office
• Bachelor degree holder in any disciplines, preferably in Business;
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level. 
• Experience in manufacturing industry for US market is highly prefer
• Familiar with the electronics consumer product industry;
• Strong communication, collaboration skills and, excellent critical thinking abilities
• Good communications in English, Cantonese, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office Application, Chinese word processing and ERP system 
• Occasional travel to PRC and overseas is required
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Annual leave : 14 days
• Medical insurance
