Role and Responsibilities :

 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, ensuring customer requirements are met and exceeded.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business and maintain client relationships.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending strategies for growth.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the airfreight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• With e-commerce experience will be an advantage 
• Proficient in English & Putonghua.
