We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes and driving operational efficiency to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve profit and revenue targets.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order placement, credit/payment processing, and delivery coordination.
• Establish quarterly sales targets and drive efforts to meet them.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or account management, focused on IT retail channels.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in IT.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven by results.
• Able to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
